SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are pleased to include free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75. 

We are selling in the US only at this time.  

Thanks for shopping at Tunes N Tees.  We want you to love your purchase, yet sometimes it just does not meet your expectations, so we get it.  We are a small shop so we will do the best we can to make you a happy customer.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 

Shipping Policy

If returning an item without an exchange, you will be responsible for paying a flat fee of $4.00 for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address:  In the event the package is sent back to us because of an error in address submitted to Tunes N Tees, the payment for the full re-shipment cost of the returned package will be the customer's responsibility. 
If for any reason, the package is refused delivery, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund.  All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of Tunes N Tees. 

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event you have received an incorrect order, Tunes N Tees will pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange. If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, just reach out and let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  If requesting an exchange, you have the option of purchasing the new item while we wait to receive the returned item and initiate a refund if qualified.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Only items that are received in new, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange (sale items are eligible for store credit only, sale items 50% or more off are final sale).

*** Any items sent back with damage ( i.e. items have been worn, contain cigarette smoke, pet hair). or ineligible for refund will be returned to the customer, at their cost. Returns/exchanges must be sent back to Tunes N Tees within 7 calendar days of receiving the label. Please allow 2-10 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
